Using the Store
- Use the green navigation bar to browse the store by either category, brand or tag.
- To search the store for a product, brand or category use the search facility in the top right corner.
- To add a product to your basket, look for the
icon. - To check the status of your basket at any time press the Show Basket button.
Placing your Order
- In your basket choose the Go to Checkout button on the bottom right of the page.
- Once you are in the checkout, enter your details and press the Send Order button.
- Once your order is received, you will be given the option to print off a receipt.
Payment
- Once we have received and processed your order, we will contact you regarding payment.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques (and cash if we are bringing your order locally in our veg-oil fuelled Land Rover).
Collecting/Delivering/Sending your order
We can deliver your order to an address you specify. Rates are as follows:
FREE delivery (in our vegetable oil fuelled Land Rover) on all orders- over £40 within a 5 mile radius over £60 within a 5-10 mile radius over £80 within a 10-20 mile radius.
We also send parcels Nationwide, this will not include fresh produce as we encourage people to shop locally for such items. (Postage will be calculated by weight).
Alternatively you can collect your order from our retail shop in Melksham, or in Swindon on Saturdays between 10am and 12 noon. This service is provided free of charge.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please get in touch. We will generally cover up to a 30 mile radius for delivery in our own vehicles.
